The property is a short way from plaza del charco. It was next to the beach. Staff were loyal. They offered laundry service.

Good Location, 10 minutes walk from loro parque and 5 min from the beach.

Small rooms, poor kitchen facilities, hot plate are weared out and not flat any more.

I liked that place very much. It has absolutely great location, just 5 minutes to Playa Jardin which is long and lovely. Near hotel there are many small local cafes and shops. One of the shop works till 24:00. Also there is a fruit shop with the most delicious papayas and mangoes that I've ever tried. We lived at 13th floor. And the ocean view was fantastic! Actually we had 2 kind of views: at the corridor - view on city and mountains, at our balcony - view on the ocean and Teide. It was so amazing to watch sunsets from balcony. Kitchen is good equipped. Nice, quiet hotel.

The apartments are located only a short walk from the beach and the bus station. It is also a ten minute walk to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. The location is perfect!!

The apartment was not so clean, the beds are rather uncomfortable twins and there was very poor lighting in the apartment rooms. The bathtub is only half the size of a normal one. No oven or microwave, two hotplates and enough cookware to cook. But hey, it's really cheap and really close to the beach, so what more does anyone really need?

We had a fantastic stay at Teneguia Apartments. The room was spacious with a small kitchen, bathtub, and an extra room with beds. The balcony offered a stunning sea view and prime sunset viewing. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops and the bus stop. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job. it was great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Good location, close to Playa de Jardin. Modern furniture, nice decoration, double glazing.

We had twin beds rather than a double bed. We didn't think to ask for this in advance though and only stayed one night, maybe they would have had one available.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel! The vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas were easily accessible for seniors like me, with spacious hallways and well-placed handrails. It was truly a comfortable and age-friendly environment.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful.

television channels is gettinbg poorer - no buisnies channels or cnn- sky e.c., - cooking plates in kitchen is taking out the fuses if used boath, also problem last year

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hotel, like a playground or a kids' club.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Playa Jardin beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights could be improved with the addition of a toaster.
